We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to payment issues, product availability, or suspicious activity.

7. Shipping and Returns

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Due to the nature of our products, all items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased on our website or mobile app.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@mile.club within 28 days of receiving the item.

We will provide assistance on a case-by-case basis to address the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund, subject to our discretion.

Please note that specific carriers may require signature upon delivery.

When ordering Product(s) for international delivery, customs authorities may inspect and open the package, and import duties and taxes may apply upon reaching the designated destination. The responsibility for paying these import duties and taxes rests with you. It's important to be aware that we have no control over these charges and cannot anticipate their specific amount. Prior to placing your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

Additionally, please be mindful of complying with all relevant laws and regulations in the destination country for the Product(s). We cannot be held liable for any violations of such laws on your part.

8. Membership Terms and Conditions

8.1. Membership Tiers

8.1.1. Economy Membership ($10/month):
Access to Mile.
Entitles the member to purchase up to 5 items per month.
Enjoy free shipping on the first order.

8.1.2. Business Membership ($30/month):
Access to Mile.
Entitles the member to purchase up to 15 items per month.
Enjoy free shipping on the first order.
Early access to product launches.
5% off all orders.

8.1.3. First Class Membership ($100/month):
Access to Mile.
Entitles the member to purchase up to 50 items per month.
Enjoy free shipping on the first order.
Early access to product launches.
Access to the 'lounge'; vintage, samples, collabs.
10% off all orders.

8.2. Membership Usage and Product Limits
Members may procure items in accordance with the limitations specified for their respective membership tiers. Upon reaching the monthly purchase limit, members may continue to access the app. However, the reinstatement of their monthly product purchase limit will occur at the commencement of the subsequent billing period unless they opt to upgrade to a higher membership tier.

8.3. Membership Cancellation
Members possess the prerogative to cancel their membership at any juncture. It is pertinent to note that no reimbursements will be extended for any unused portions of the membership duration. You can cancel your membership in settings, under ‘Membership & Billing’.

8.4. Membership Billing
Membership fees will be invoiced on a monthly basis and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file unless terminated by the member.

8.5. Upgrading to a Higher Tier
Members can choose to upgrade to a higher membership level at any time during their current billing period. If they decide to upgrade, we'll adjust the payment to make sure they don't pay twice when moving to the higher tier. This adjustment will be based on the daily value of the previous tier, and the cost of the higher tier will be calculated accordingly. You can upgrade your membership via the Membership tab in the Mile app.

9. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and mobile app. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy found here.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, mobile app, or products.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Box of Heat Ltd., its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use or misuse of our website, mobile app, or violation of these terms and conditions.
